Hi All,
I bought this cue yesterday. It's obviously an old Brunswick, but it has a couple of interesting options that make me wonder if Rambow might have had an influence or even been the maker. First off, it has a Hoppe ring, but non-veneered points. The ferrule has the bell shape like you see on the old Hub cues. Last, but not least, the pin is in the butt, not the shaft. The joint looks like the material they used during the war, not the usual brass or white phenolic. What do you think?
Thanks!
Steve
