Full splice Brazilian Rosewood into BEM Jensen.
Mike did not make this blank, it was brought to him and asked to be finished. It isn't his normal work, and isn't near as perfect as he makes cues.
I don't know who made the blank or why the marked it with pen, but it has some kind of markings above the points.
It plays fantastic and is great if you're looking for a cheap custom from a fantastic maker. Full ivory joint to boot!
Two shafts, one is original with minor taper roll, one was made by Tony Sauer that has a small taper roll by itself but doesn't roll completely straight on the cue. Plays just fine on it though. I prefer the Jensen shaft on this cue and played it a LOT. Both shafts have ivory ferrules. The Jensen shaft ferrule has GREAT figure to it.
Very very few dents/dings on the cue, but the bumper has some chips. It is bumperless and is a player.
Due to the point issue and the Tony Sauer shaft not rolling totally straight on it I'm only asking $700 shipped.
I'd rather keep it than go lower on this one. Regardless of the issues, $700 for a full splice BRW 3 veneer ivory joint Jensen is a hell of a steal. Won't get a better player for the money!
