I placed an order last Sunday. It's been 7 business days since then and I have yet to receive my package. I tried calling 20 times already and get put on hold or get told (robot) that all the lines are busy. I saw the other thread after I had placed my order.

I'm all for being patient, but I don't even know if they shipped my package. All I received was an order confirmation.

This is getting extremely annoying

Maybe they didn't order the cue until you ordered the cue? Just a thought...

For real, Budget Billiards is a good and trusted Ebay Store. Just look for the UPS truck soon. The best way to contact Budget Billiards is to ask questions through Ebay.

A lot of shipments were recently delayed with the recent winter storm up north... it may be over now but 7 days ago maybe a few areas were still tough driving.

But, no excuse to run a business that doesn't answer the phone, or provide tracking numbers for all shipments. If they took 7 days and haven't even shipped it out yet, I wouldn't bother with them again. They're clearly not equipped to handle the business they're doing.

I gave them a chance. Everything was made "right" by issuing me a refund. The salesperson explained they had been trying to get tracking information for 3 days now and no luck. I was informed they drop ship everything. So either Giuseppe, their dealer, or the shipper screwed up somewhere.

I'm awaiting my refund from paypal, but I'll be ordering a case from somewhere else more reputable. Lesson learned.

Edit- Just as a reference. I ordered some items (accessories for darts) on Thursday from Muellers and received it today ( so shipping shouldn't be the problem ).

try this...

Go to your local pool hall and get a case. If you have a pool hall near by. I don't understand why people complain about mail order but won't pay a few extra bucks to keep the doors open at there local room. What ever you do don't ever order a jb case you will probably commit suicide waiting for a responce. Best case ive ever owned. Good luck on your quest to save $5.oo

If my local hall had a 1x1 Giuseppe, I would have bought it. There is no local retailer around here that sold that case. The only cases local are Action and maybe some Elite cases.
