Go with J&J
I would go past those 3 and buy a J&J from one of the guys here on AZB. Good cue for the money, since many sell them here shipped for <$60.
They break and jump well, and you can sell it, and get another one, since I have sold more by people seeing and wanting the one I have in my case constantly.
It is inexpensive, but still does the job. Great buy to try, and if you do not like it, sell it locally, and get your $$$ back.
