Build (coring) ?

I know this is a dumb question for you veterans but I want to build something for myself. After years of repair work I think I have the equipment and a fair bit of knowledge of the building process. These would need to be cored and plugged (maple) with forearm (female), handle (male with pin), same for buttsleeve. Again just interested in building myself something. Take it easy on me. Thanks

Not sure what your asking..
But my personal thoughts are to cut your teeth on some cheaper wood first to build your skills up.
There's lots and lots to learn thats for certain.
