Just like the title says: Building a Brunswick GC4 Head Apron from scratch Our goal is to make one that mounts and looks just like one from the factory.


Still have a lil bit to do tomorrow, but, after about 2 hours( plus some glue dry time) This is our progress so far:

A;most done, just been doing a lot of other stuff. I am finishing up 2 tables, A 1947 Brunswick Anniversary OS8' and This OS8' GC4! Both are gonna be KNOCK OUT tables.

I WISH, my shop is no where near as nice. I am lucky enough to have access to a custom wood shop. My Friend Rick, is a retired cabinet and furniture maker.

Thanks! I am very tired from this past install and being on the road when its icey and cold = it aint always pretty, the pictures ALWAYS have to be that nice, thats because I care about my clients and their outcomes have to be exact. We were actually supposed to be installing this table on the same trip, had a hiccup from one of my vendors, 8 year relationship down the tubes.... Delays suck. One the metal is coated< BACK ON THE ROAD!

GC3 was the first "skirt length drop" I am guessing they are about the same, will check on that!
Powdercoating company has the metal now. Table is gonna be badass!

Not that I am aware but I could be wrong. If you have a set to go off, they aren't too difficult to replicate if you have the right tools to make them: joiner, planer, table saw, miter saw, router.

We only made the apron, as soon as we are set up to make them, we will sell them. I would say in the next couple of months!
