Bumper options

Maybe something like the material used for hockey pucks. I want something that's not going to act as a vibration dampener. I'd play without one but I use a lighter cue and it feels hollow.

never seen one that hard. most are pretty firm but not hp hard. regular bumpers don't really act as dampeners.

I sure someone could, that's beyond me. I was thinking about trying to make something out of Bondo or just a wood plug.

Maybe something like the Predator extension set up. The fitting that replaces the bumper is a ridgid material. An extension can be used when needed. There are a few extension kits to choose from. One of those will adapt to you cue/butt.
