A guy called Bumper!

Does anyone remember Bumper? Must have been early 1990 s .Big guy a bit on the loud side. He was from Philly I believe. Played for loads of cash! Used to come to Chelsea Billiards to rob Teddy the Greek and for action with Frankie ,Ginky, Flaco and the rest of the NYC.
Whatever happened to that guy?
