i think thats a common thing with the omen jump breaks.. i have one and you can feel the rings, and my cousin had one that you could feel the rings.. i dont think its nothing to worry about since the cues main function is to get the hell beat out of it.. and it breaks like a beast!!!! that was a great deal you gave somebody.. and since i just noticed on the main page..

hmmm i told that you're not supposed to be feeling them and if you are, then the rings are popping out due to reasons i cannot remember ;)

more of an aesthetic thing though.
