Bunjee Break/ Jump

I just read that patent application.
The hell, that is more ambiguous than anything I've read.
I just thought the Sledgehammer's patent request was for the canvas-phenolic ferrule.
It doesn't really have a "tip".
Great for breaking but not much control for jumping imo.
