Just found out im going to be out that way working for a few months. Any poolhalls or tourneys out that way. Or any pool scene at all out that way?

Home of a Nuclear Power Plant. I'm not much help to you about the local scene, but Shooters in Olathe is about an hour away. Not sure of the time frame that you will be there, but they are having one of the big tournaments in November beginning with 1 pocket on the 20th. The thing about Shooters though is that they are a private club (hopefully changing soon) and you will need to know someone to get in as a guest or buy a membership through the city which takes some time.

Dan Tull owns shooters, just tell em your a pool player and I'm sure getting in isn't a big deal.
