Friday morning I get in the elevator and there is an older gent with a cue case and I say to him " Hey, what's in the box" and he says" A couple of Balabushka's"........... I say " No Way" and he says way. So I said I would sure like to see those Bushka's, so we go and take a look. I just about lost my mind when he opened the case(I had this like warm, fuzzy feeling..kind of like a 70's flashback). He says to me that he is the original owner and I say "No Way" and he says way.
These two Bushka's have Ivory joints and are in like most excellent condition....I'm like freaking out and try to act enthusiastic but cool if you know what I mean. The odds of meeting an original owner Busha are pretty slim and two ....forget about it.
That is just one of the great opportunities that can arise from going to the ICCS.
By the way the cues are for sale at $ 50,000 each.
I see that Jimmyrak has a picture of one of the Bushka's in his ICCS Cue Gallery thread
