It looked like it had to be 20 years ago and although Bustamante played great (for the first 6 games I saw as I ironed my shirt), all I'd like to say is THANK GOD THE 80'S ARE LONG OVER! Django's mullet had me laughing all the way to the train!

Great to see old pool on tv right now. I hope they keep it up!

Aaaaah, I missed it. I would have taped it.
Must be at the US Open or Bike Open.
They both had really wild roller coaster stroke then.

You mean this mullet? :D  :p

Theres ALWAYS a back up plan!!!!

Take a good look at my avatar and you'll know why I get a haircut every two weeks! Speaking of which, lemme call the barber now!

Oh brother....You opened up a pretty big door dropping that line on this group... :D :D .....I will go easy on you...Just hope DM is not lurking......he might drop the hammer on you...

Just make sure you bring your barber some roses......you don't want to have to find a new one.....:) :D :D

I am simply saying that I cannot possibly pull off a mullet. There are some things I can get away with in life, a mullet isn't one of them. Besides, the lady on my right will surely drag me to the barber herself, at gun-point, if need be.

i thought it was the finals of the 1993 U.S. Open that was going to be on???

Sorry, that was my mistake. ESPN didn't list which match would air. Since they aired the two semi-final matches the days before, I thought that the final would be the next to air. I was wrong, but it was still a good match and it even had Mike Massey performing finger pool as a time filler.

Missed It

Why was that not listed on my TV guide's ESPN channel. Do they run different shows in different parts of the country on ESPN. I always thought what was on my ESPN channel was on everyone's ESPN

Unfortunately (and I know this because I'm a big baseball fan), the ESPN network has regional programming. Most of the baseball games they televise will cater to the region they're playing in (ie., Dodgers v. Giants would be westcoast while Yankees v. Red Sox would be eastcoast). This sets up gaps in scheduling that will be filled accordingly. That is to say because I live on the eastcoast, I had the luxury of watching Django and Reyes as I ironed my shirt while you probably got to see something completely different.
