Hi All,

I'm getting another cue and torn between gunsight points and a butterfly point.

I'm getting it from Josswest (Bill Stroud).

1. Has anyone ever seen a butterfly example of his work? If so post a pic or 2. All Bill's work is first quality.

2. Has anyone played with a Josswest butterfly? And if so how did it hit and play? Any difference in feel, hit and playability versus a normal Josswest?

3. What is your experience playing with a butterfly versus a normally pointed cue of any maker?

Thanks

I have seen butterfly cues from Bill. They were not your typical butterfly design.

A butterfly cue will not play any different than any other Joss West. Since Bill cores his cues, they will all play pretty much the the same. Biggest factor is shafts and tips.

Do you have any pictures of JW butterflies?

What do you think one would cost? New versus used.

If you come across a pic please post.
