I forgot to mention my favorite book! Mine so far is Play Your Best Pool. It contains sections on shotmaking, position play and the mental game, as well as 9 ball and 8 ball strageties. Every year I read the 8ball section before I go to the BCA Nationals because it's the only time of the year I play 8 ball. Three years ago I got into the Masters and the last two years I have placed in the money. It might sound little, but I'm proud to get in the money in the Women's Master's event.

Unless of course you're a person who buys EVERY book as soon as it's available. There aren't 2 Capelle books I don't have.
I wonder if I can get the gift certificate retro-actively, hmmmm.

I've got "Play Your Best Pool" and "A Mind For Pool". If your a beginner player and want to join a league or even be a captain, "A Mind For Pool" is a great book to read, as is all of Phil's books.

geez. I think we already have most of the capelle books. I look at one occasionally when I am looking up a certain thing but found it difficult to read them from cover to cover. They have some good things in them and think 'a mind for pool' is good for a person wanting to learn some mental aspects.

I would love the deal better, since I have most of the books, if I could get a 3 for 2 deals on some of the rournament tapes.
