It's a Mark Richards custom cue(LOL) number 65 on ebay 92 dollars and 88 cents their was 2 I believe the other was 98 dollars.

When the buyer noticed the box was damaged ("ripped half way down it") the cue should have been inspected. The bent pin could have happened in transit.
