Buying a scheduling program

Hello out there:
I am looking to buy a scheduling program and there are so many of them advertised out there that I don't know which one would be the best to buy. Also if the program did stats that would be a plus but mainly looking for scheduling home and away. Do any of you have experience with any of these programs that you could give me some input.

Are you referring to a program that does Round Robin scheduling???

If the program can do it yes. Doesn't have to do round robin though. Round 'Robin is just reverse the home and away for the second round.

I would check out the following website. Particularly if you are looking for a Round Robin schedule.

This does ensure that you have an even number of home and away games as needed.

I've also used a spreadsheet if you have EXCEL. The link to download the spreadsheet is down though.

League scheduler can do round-robin league schedules. Not sure if it can do it "Home and Away" style.

If you download the file playpoolcalcs.xls, and then go to the sheet for round robin schedules, you can make your own round robin schedule of anywhere from 2 to 50 teams.
