Was just reading the old thread about the Million Dollar Challenge and the aftermath......
Seems like I have never read anyone commenting on the following:
The 2nd most impressive thing about this event was CJ fronting Earl $50K
out of his own pocket (as the first payment toward the million dollars)......I guess without knowing if the million would ever be paid....?
Lastly, and maybe not least is C.J.'s revelation that it cost $300K l in attorney fees just to get the case settled.....
I guess the $300K must've come out of the settlement, and what was left
over went to Earl and maybe C.J. got his $50K "front money" back from that?
All was well since C.J.'s side won the case in court, but what if they had lost?
Just water under the bridge now, but all's well that ends well....
