[Busbee Cue]

Any opinions on these tips?

I tried one and did not care for it. Just curious what other opinions are out there.

I did a thread in the Machinery forum a while back.
I bought 10 from EBay. The guy told me they were medium, but when I took my first few shots, they seemed to play harder.
I have used my Milk Duds for quite a while so maybe I needed to adjust.

After a few games I got used to them and they did seem to play more to my liking. I could draw the ball better than I ever could with a
Dud.

They look to be well made, not super duper but for the price, you can change the tip once a month and still be ahead. They hold their shape pretty decent. I don't pretend to know much about the finer points of a layered tip but with only 5 layers, maybe they are a healthy cross between a 10 layer and a good old single layer tip. It seems that the tip makers are trying to out do each other with the amount of layers per tip. I don't understand the need for 16 layers. A box can be had for $57, for that price you can't go wrong if they suit your needs.

Hello Blue,

I had an old two peice dufferin cue that I put one of these tips on and it seemed dead and not very responsive so I decided to put the cheapest tip that I have on it which was a Lepro and there was a day and night difference in the feel. The lepro felt alot better.

Maybe this will not be the case with everyone I hope since I have 48 of these left.

I did three free tip changes with these tips to see what other players think of them, so far I have not talked to them yet, it has only been a couple of days.

Lee pepper put Le Pros on both my BBC and Tru Balance.
I agree, can't beat a good ole Le Pro in many instances.
