Can anybody I.D. this cue for me?

i was wondering what kind this is and if it is worth anything? ty
i cant read anthing on the stickers besides (These cues are made of the finest selected) then I cant read anything after that. looks like Rosewood points, 8 points, dots look like MOP and black plastic or something really black. wrap feels like old leather, buttsleeve is all plastic or delrin.

Looks like a 20-30 year old department store cue. And no, you can't hurt it or the value. ;)

does anybody know how much this is worth then? approximately. a guy wants to trade me for it to hang on his wall and maby fix up a bit. Thank you everybody!!!!

I am not being a smart ass but, if you can get any playable cue for it take it. The is basically worthless, do to the fact that it is an Asian import, and because of the materials they were made from.
