Can Anyone Get Ahold Of Bill Dominiak???

I'm in need of contact information for Bill Dominiak of Dominiak Cues and/or Cue Stock Inc. He is in posession of two of my cues that were supposed to be refinished around 7 months ago. His website is down as well as his e-mail. I have attempted calling him several times and I consistently get a generic answering machine...no human being(s). I've had no response to the messages I have left and I have nor do I have any other contact method except for the good ol Pony Express or a long flight to New York :). I'd sure love to have my cues back since I've been waiting on them for what seems like ages. If any of you have any leads, I'd greatly appreciate them!

P.S. Zimsrack....thanks for the number...it was the same as the one I already had and still unsuccessful. I know you've dealt with him a fair share so if you are capable of contacting him could you let me know.

Please pardon me if I'm wrong but I thought he was
retired and/or possibly dead and that his son Aaron
now makes Dominiak cues. Again, I could definitely
be wrong on this.

ok.....got ahold of him FINALLY today after persistant calling. I can't even begin to tell you about frustrating! I've owned both cues for over a year and have only had both in my posession for less than a week and hit less than five racks. I'd have him send them back but the work is already paid for.

So Hondo, he's still alive and kickin!!! Apparently he's trying to keep his wood business above water and is no longer making any cues...hence the reason why my cues haven't even been touched. Thanks for the input though!!!

please go to CCB on Billiardsdiest.com and enquire. There used to be female PhD (in Finance & economics) that used to post about those cues.I do not see her posting anymore. She is also one of the sponsors of a female pro player by name carol Clark.Carol Clark is always on CCB.Carol might help u in getting hold of that PhD female pool player ( I forgot her name).

I'm a dealer for Dominiak and have spoken to Bill and Aaron numerous times, even met Aaron in Chicago a couple years ago.
Dominiak Custom Cues is put on hold until further notice, that includes refinishing. CueStock Inc. is going full force and having a hard time keeping up, hince the time allowed to not-build cues! Bill is a pretty straight up guy and his son Aaron is following in his footsteps (from my perspective). Once Dominiak cues gets rolling again, watch out! Aaron has a lot of talent for a young cuemaker and we have discussed some future designs for cues.

If Bill is a straight up guy I hope he offers a refund and apology for the work that was already paid for but not done after 7 months.

I really have no intention of giving Dominiak a bad reputation but business is business. I was astonished when I spoke to him yesterday when he informed me that he had yet to even open the box containing my cues. I was informed in August that he would be getting around to them in one week and would let me know when they were done. Yesterday is the first contact I have had with him in the interim despite my attempts. The cues are great. I like them so much that I own three of them. On the other hand, the service leaves a lot to be desired since this is the second time on two separate occasions that I have received excuses and lengthy delays. All it took was a phone call or an e-mail to inform me of the situation and offer me some sort of resolution as I am obviously patient and not too difficult to please. Despite my love for the cues' playability and designs, the maker(s) have a long way to go to earn my business a second...or rather, fourth time around. A lesson hard learned I suppose! I certainly hope that my experience is the exception.

Dominiak

I have had several dealing with Bill and he has done me right each time, I had him refinish a cue and he threw in a little bonus for the time it took, I am sure he will make it right. He is hard to get ahold of sometimes though. Just my .02 worth.
