Can anyone identify this barbell cue

Good morning my friends. I came across a nice barbell cue and was wondering if anyone could help me identify it. I have confirmed that it is not a Ginacue, other than that, I have no idea who else copied that famous barbell design.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Not the best pictures, and I did not see any insignia or branding.
