Can anyone identify this Schon Ltd?

I need help identifying the model number and value of the Schon Ltd cue. Sorry about the poor picture quality. The cue has 6 points with Ebony and Birdseye Maple. It has 16 Diamond-Shaped Abelone inlays on butt.
