Can Diamond cushions be k66 when upside down?

So I recently herd that Diamond Black cushions can be turned upside down to be used for k66 profile rails. Has anyone ever done this or know anything about this. I am considering trying it on a Gandy big G LTD I have.

Ever put the wrong shoe on the wrong foot?
Yeah' it be like that. A right foot is a right foot. If you wear the wrong shoes on the wrong foot you and I know it's not right but it can be done.
Just because it can be done.. Don't mean u should do it...

No, upside down, or right side up, they're different profiles.

OK thanks guys, I usually wouldn't of took any stock in it except I was told it may be possible from Ken at classic billiards who I consider a very knowledgeable source. Well back to the ol' drawing board I guess.
