Can I move a 9' GC3 in a short bed pickup?

I have a short bed F150 super crew. The person selling me the table says I can move it in the truck. Anyone got any first hand experience trying to do this?

Anything is possible.

Yes you can make a 9' fit in a truck. Assuming it is transferred in pieces and not a full blown table. LOL

Probably, but some parts are going to be hanging out the back of your 5.5' bed. Just wrap it so it doesn't get dinged, secure it well so you don't kill anybody and you should be fine.

I would not try to move one assembled unless strapped-down on a flat-bed trailer. In a pu you're gonna have to take it apart. Not that hard to do.

ok, sorry. I thought this was better. I thought this would allow people to interact with the questions they wanted to and ignore the others. I'll do better. Apologies.
his point is its FAR better to sit down, make a list of all your questions on this one table/topic and then make one thread. much easier/more productive than putting threads/posts all over the place.

Stop beating around the bush. If it is disassembled then you can get it in the truck.

Go to the truck forums and you would probably get laughed at.
Not trying to beat around the bush. Just not familiar with the length of some of the pieces or how they might get damaged hanging out of the truck. I was trying to find folks who have done this. If they did with the tailgate up (and the items propped up on tailgate, or tail gate down. Sorry, not trying to waste anyone's time.

You're not wasting anyone's time. I guess what everyone is trying to say is, yes, you can transport it since the table is disassembled.

-tie down the rails together with the straps w/ ratchet system. Then tie it down to the bed. Tailgate down since it will give you at least another foot.

-legs throw it in the back and cross tie them to your bed. There should be hooks on every truck bed.

It can't be done in one trip so factor that into how much you want to load. Don't overload first trip and a few pieces the next.
