yes you are 100% correct. i started uploading the pics when i posted this yesterday and found out the size of the pics where way to big, so wouldn't let me upload. didn't have time to figure out how to re-size yesterday. but here you go, here are 4 pics i took. thank you.

thank you was wondering what you meant by Tate but then figured it out. i found him and asked if he would know. thank for the help hopefully he will know something about it.

I don't have any specifics for you, but a Lucasi is not what most would consider custom cue. In fact they're just the opposite, high-volume production cues made over-seas in a factory that churns out thousands of sticks a month. From the same factory comes other brand names like Players, Rage, Poison and Predator to name a few.

As far as value, [IMO] maybe 1/4 to 1/3 the M.S.R.P. if in reasonably good condition. They are fairly well made cues, it's just that there's a lot of them around and don't have much appeal as a collector's item.

that sounds about right, i know they are made in mass production. seeing this one is a Buddy Hall signature stick just trying to figure out year and value on it. I mean I'm not expecting even for it to be worth more than $5-$600 dollars. just for me personally so i can know what i have and when it was made. just trying to learn some background on it that's it. if i can even find the MSRP value on it that would be nice. i seen the same one on e bay selling for $400 but the guys story is odd lol.

this is the link to the one i seen on ebay.

What is odd? Nick Varner also sells sticks with his name on them.

Custom Buddy Hall lucasi Cue. This cue was purchased from Buddy while he promoting Lucasi cues about 10 years ago. I was fortunate enough to live in the same city as Buddy Hall (Tampa, FL) . He was using this cue when I bought it from him. This is a bueatiful cue. It has a wonderful balance and a solid hit. It has a stainless steel unilock joint with joint protecters. Clear coat is in excellent condition and the signature has been cleared over for protection. It has some very minor scratches on the.joint that could be polished out. The cue is wonderful weather you use it for play or just to display. The shaft is about 12.5 mm and has Buddy's custom taper. I can take more pics or answer any questions. Thanks for bidding!

Right. The story is not odd. I don't doubt that Buddy took some shots with the cue when it was purchased. That does NOT mean it was his playing cue or anything special like that.

well i guess nothing really odd about it. was just wondering if that ebay price was a legit price seeing i bought mines for only $100. thought maybe the price was being jacked up a little bit because of his story and how and when he got it. also looks like the stick is about 10 years old. very nice stick. guess it might be worth keeping.

Thanks for all the feedback everybody. much appreciated

It looks like the signatures on the sticks are either hand-written or stamped by hand, they are located on different areas on the two cues. If it's a real Buddy Hall sig, cue should be worth more than $100. A Lucasi for $100 is pretty good, they are right under Joss and McD as far as production cues go.

It's not an authentic Buddy Hall signature. A while back Lucasi made a series of Buddy Hall "signature series" cues that included a replica signature like this one.

$100 for a Lucasi in good condition is a good deal. I don't recall the MSRP of the Buddy Hall line, but the $400 Ebay price seems high. JMO.

I figured that much. Like i said not I'm not looking for it to be worth any money. Been Playing with the stick and I have to say that it plays really good and I'm loving it. I'm going to keep it for sure. So Far it looks like its about 10 years old. At this point it would just be nice if i can find a actual year made and model#. going to keep it in my pool case for sure and going to be one of my main playing cues and would be nice to know those couple of things. great cue tho, shoots really good.

thx for the feedback on this
