Can someone please ID this cue maker?

Hello,

Received this cue from the family of departed relative. Don't know if it is good or bad. The points are very sharp, so I don't know if they are inlays or decals. It was damaged in shipment and I would have it repaired for the sentimental value if it is a good cue. The maker's logo is clearly visible, but, not easily understood by me.

I see the Coco Chanel logo in the middle of the cue maker's mark. Are you serious about CC being in some way connected to this cue or just pointing out the logo?

I'm guessing its an import of some kind. Can't be sure tho. Any history on where you obtained it would also be useful

Coco Chanel Logo

Interestingly enough, Coco and the cue maker might have gotten their inspiration from the same place, a stained glass window in the Aubazine chapel in France. Perhaps the cue maker is French. My cousin got the cue in the UAE when he was serving in the middle east. A local cue maker said the detail is excellent and reflects fine hand work by the cue maker. There are eight double points; four long and four short.

Thanks Measureman. I'll go with Lucasi Cocobolo, possibly made in China along with most everything else with the exception of fine pool cues.

It's not a Lucasi cue but it may have been made in the same factory.
