This was my first ever cue...not that expensive but has sentimental value to me obviously. I used it for breaking and the pin broke and i was wondering if it can be fixed.

Sure it can. All you need to do is drill out the old pin, plug the hole with a dowel then install a new pin.

When you put down Big Bird Nest in your location I didn't realize that you were that BIG! Imagine breaking off a metal joint screw!!! LOL Seriously, the cuemaker is going to need a bolt extractor for this, it can be fixed.

i would recommend you send it to scott at proficient billiards if you dont have a good cue repair guy where you are at...... www.proficientbilliards.com ..... just tell him your problem and he will give you some idea as to what it will cost and then you can decide what to do.......i agree you could do it yourself but there are unknown factors not talked about.......just let some one that knows what they are doing fix it for you .......tell scott i sent you his way if you would.....juston coleman

thanks for the help guys....i think i'll just have a cue repair man do the job, since i don't have the proper tool to do so. THe reason why it broke is cause when i break i used to bend the cue down the cloth. I rarely do that now now my break has gone down a notch.

and it's a nice cue which is why i don't wanna let it go. i get alot of compliments from it. may not be a work of art but it did serve its purpose.
