Can this cue be converted?

I have a 2 pc dufferin cue that I would consider having converted into a great player if it's possible. The cue has a raise at the joint and also in the shaft. They are about the height of a business card. Is this too much of a wobble to overcome?

I have Dufferin with a Tiger shaft and a different joint in it. Its my player now. You could always get a shaft made to match.
