Ok so my friend said its a Palmer cue.

Mike Webb refinished it and changed the butt Cap and the joint as well I believe.

Just seeing if anyone knows how old it is and possibly what it's worth or if they know anything about it. Thanks

Did the old butt cap say Palmer on it? It looks a lot like a PM-9, but there are some small possible differences.

Ya that's it. I think it did say it on the butt cap. Thanks so much for that.

So I'm reading this cue could be from the 1970's to 80's?

Also my friend who is a little nuts was saying the forearm could be a szamboti because Palmer bought them from h back then??? Doesn't sound true to me but I don't know.

Is it collectible?

I doubt it, if you went to the link you would have read that they were production cues. I'm assuming production does not equal Szam points:

"The PM cues (which stood for Pete Margo) were production cues introduced in the late 1970's. These cues were manufactured by Adam, Japan, to the designs and specifications of Palmer. These cues are of the highest production quality available at the time. The PM-Line an the entry level quality production cue with an emphasis on value."

But you never know for sure unless talking w/an expert, which I am not.

If those are the pics after, will be hard to say what it was.

And it's not worth as much now since it was altered. Original, it's a collectible, with a new cap and joint, not so much.
