Canadian Cue Repairs?

I live in Ottawa and recently I have had a problem with my Predator 314-5 butt. The stainless joint has come loose but not off. I am planning on having a stack wrap done and refinishing anyways. Any suggestions?

I would prefer to deal with Canadians simply to avoid any cross board problems. I have heard too many nightmares of cues that have been lost in transit.

Thanks to all who helped me regarding the repairs to my cue. I have selected someone who I feel will do exactly what I want to have done and has offered above expectations service so far. I will definitely post some pics after the work. I can't wait.
