Why is it that the Canadians seemingly always find a way to win most of our WA open tournaments?

Is it the snooker background?

Is it because their best players are better than our best players?

Or, being in unfamiliar surroundings makes them shoot above their statistical norm?

This past weekend they sent two players and one earned 1st and the other earned 4th out of 100 players. :eek:

F.Y.I.: And I hear most of their 'great' players are not playing anything but poker these days.

Actually there were three of us :P
Simon, Stan and Myself.
I think that constitutes an army lol

Last week at Uncle Jacks there were only two of us Stan got 4th and I took 5th :D
