Can't separate rails from pockets

I'm trying to replace the rubber on my rails and I can't get the rail separated from the pocket. Even with wodden wedges I can't seem to get more than about 3/16". All the bottom bolts are removed and I can't see anything holding it together other than the metal/steel "dowel". I don't know what kind of table it is, there are no markings of any kind on it anywhere. Is there some trick to this?

Never mind. I found the answer. There are set screws below holding the dowels but you can't see them unless you slide the whole rail off the side of the table a couple of inches.
