Capone cues

I was wondering if anyone can tell me how Capone's hit? Do they have a stiff hit like a Southwest or Gilbert? Someone told me that the hit is comparable to a Southwest. Are they correct in saying that? All help is appreciated. Thanks.:)

mine was very stiff, but not 'live' like i would describe my DPK (which hits about like a SW). definitely a good feel, just not that 'ping' I want.

the cue had very forward balance, probably from the cored forearm...? i had to move my grip hand to make up for it.

I don't have a Southwest, but I do have a couple of Capone cues.
They hit stiff, but not too stiff. Of the cues I have, I find the hit closest to a Lambros. JMHO.
Cues are a personal choice, but I can tell you that I love my Capone. In fact, I have two and they both hit almost exactly the same. I assume that is because they are cored.
Give one a try, if you get the chance. Don't take someone elses word for it.
