Capturing the "ah ha" moment

I've had ah ha moments that felt like, now I've got it. The next day, two or three days later I lose it and struggle to get it back, if I get it back at all. I guess the answer to the question is repetition, stick close to the table and ingrain it into your DNA. I'm very interested in how others have had an ah ha moment and what you did to make it common knowledge in your own mind?

Great advice Neil, I'm getting a piece of paper and a pen and jotting down everything, different or normal. Thanks man!

Keep a progress journal.........

the only secret I give to guys who REALLY want to improve on their game is to tell em to keep a journal of thier progress. I personally till this day write down the " ah-ha " moments and describe exactly what I'm doing so that I can remember how to do it the next time I get back to the table. Whether its a slight tweek in my bridge, stance etc..... I would say in all confidence that once you start doing this, ur game is gonna jump DRAMATICALLY! Just remember, put in QUALITY time NOT quantity. Practice with a purpose and dont just bang around balls randomly.
