I worked in Carlsbad a few years back. Only found a couple of OK places to play pool. Barbox only.

Real nice area but don't know of any pool activity. They are, however, getting ready to open the 1st desalination plant on the West Coast, if not the country, that will produce 54 million gallons of water a day at only 6-7 cents a gallon.
