He knows the infomercial business and will just partner with somebody and make a killing off any damn thing.

Here is a site that reviews the Infomercial products and other "TV Items" . Note that almost every one of them is universallly acclaimed to be total crap (slight exaggeration for effect) yet they sell like crazy because certain people know just what to say to get us to buy junk. He is one of them and will be hard to bust.
