Carom Cue

rackcracker

Registered
Rosewood spliced into Birdseye Maple, with black and green veneers. Full splice butt(points in each direction). Rock hard maple shaft, short (12mm) ferrule, 12.5 mm diameter layered tip. Straight cone Eropean taper, about 22mm at the joint collar, 57.5 inchs long from tip's tip to bumper's end. Wood joint. 560 gram with removable weight bolt. Small mother of pearl inlays (8 @ 5mm dots around but sleeve). Arrow straight apart or together. Overseas offering, but are very attractive and the points are within about a quarter inch of each other. I will gradly refund money if not satsified. Very low deflection cue. Very natural sight picture looking down a cone with an open bridge, I believe I am more accurate esp on long shots with english, and the spin is very true, and plentiful. Intresting conversiom potential as well, I can't fimd a full splice blank at this price point, and you can't just go out and buy this type of joint. I have turned 3 oz of wood, finish, and joint collar (17mm wood on wood joint, no joint collar) from a cue like this (as close to a one piece feel I have felt so far) and it remains straight to this day and I occasionally break with it. These cues are brand new never chalked. $25 plus 10 Priorty shipping in the lower 48.

i can't get through your thread

you should look at some of the other "for sale threads"
it'll probably help your sale having pictures, list of specifications and other information laid out in a more concise manner.

Good morning everyone. When I tried to post pics I am asked for a url. I have pics on my computer, not on the internet. If anyone can help me through this dilema I would appreciate it.

Upload your pics to photobucket.com then copy and paste the IMG CODE into your az listing. example below. Hope this helps. Pics make a difference.

Overseas Offering ?

Rackcracker, where are you shipping this from ...?

Is this cue straight ?

560g = 19.75oz, so, do you know what it weighs without the weight bolt ?

Thanks for the intrest. The shafts vary in weight by nearly an oz. so the weight bolts will vary as well. If you will let me know what weight, and balance point you prefer I will do my best to accommodate you. I will pm you the specifics. I have seen a few weight bolts as heavy as 35gram, I have not removed them all. The cues are straight. Thanks again Don

This looks like the same cue in this fleabay ad.

Sale prices seem to range between $0.99 and $13.00 plus $15.00 shipping to the US.

$35.00 shipped to your door for a cue already in the US, where you get to specify weight, shaft weight, and balance actually doesn't seem bad.
