If you would like to play carom billiards but only have room enough in your house for a pool table now you can play both games. Below is a link to an ebay sale for the first truly universal set of carom pocket inserts. Inserts in any other color than blue or green must be specially ordered. Inserts to fit pro cut pockets for Diamond tables must also be specially ordered. I have a set myself and love them. For any more info feel free to PM me.

I thought the same thing. I figured when I clicked the link it might be a couple hundred, but $1000 is too strong for me. I was very excited because I have never played 3 cushion and have been watching more of it lately. I thought this might be my chance to learn, but it is not meant to be for that much.

Maybe they are worth every penny, but I can't spend that much. Good luck with your sale. I hope you are able to sell a ton of them.
 
I'm sorry a $1,000 for something that looks like it was built from home depot parts.. I'll pass. I remember seeing an entire interchangeable rail system for tables that was cheaper.
 
I think I would go 200-300 for them. Don't need the fancy case either if that is what is driving the cost.
