Carpet Tunnel Surgery - How long can I expect to be out of commission?

and sometimes you get a doctor that isnt so good and messes up for whatever reason. you dont want both of anything out of commission.

thats why they do only one eye at a time.
 
I had them done two weeks apart and was back to work in 6 weeks total. It really depends
on what you do for a living.
 
Much discussion here re: ‘tingling’/‘pain’, but no mention of numbness or the vascular involvement issue. For those who live alone and just could not manage with any level of disability (regardless of duration), surgery is not always an option.
If it ever comes to that, I would definitely opt for one side at a time. If for no other reason, merely to test the procedure‘s success.
