Carrying a modern 3 piece jump cue

Seems many of the new jump cues are now 3 piece designs with a separate extension piece for the butt. The new Predator, the OB Lift Pro, and of course Lomax.

What is the best way to carry these or, if you have one, how are you carrying it? Do you use a butt slot in your case or do you keep the large butt section in a jump pouch with the extension part in another pocket?

In my case the short butt also fits directly on the shaft (not legal to jump that way, too short)
but that's how I store it.

Short butt on the shaft and that into my case, the longer butt section goed into the big pouch on my case.

I now carry the shaft in the shaft slot and break the handles down and put in my big pouch. Before that, I used a piece of 1/2" pvc cut to length in the butt sleeve so the handle wouldn't fall all the way in.

In my JB rugged case I put my jump butt in the regular shaft/butt area. It's not long enough so it could slip down, but it never has.

So there's something more modern than the idea of the jump cue it self?
Wasn't that long a go when using words like jump cue was pretty hip and cool and modern......

I put my 2 lower sections of my Lomax in a butt slot of my 3x7 Instroke case. To keep it level with my Player and Break cue, I have the middle section of an original so Predator air stuffed in the same slot.. below it.

With our cases we offer the following.

1. Longer pockets to hold the butt sections kept screwed together. (custom order)

2. Jump cue compartments with two sleeves - custom order

3. Stand alone padded sleeves made to order for the part lengths. Almost always in stock.

4. Spacers that are easy to adjust, insert and remove with no tools so that the jump cue butt can be inserted into an available case cavity. - almost always in stock.

5. Clip on sleeve made of nylon made to desired length. - Custom order.

I use 2 and 3 on my personal cases.

I have a 3-5 Case... The Predator Jump Handle (both pieces) goes in to a plugged hole for a Cue Butt. The shaft goes in to a regular shaft hole.
