Carrying on board?

I know I can carry my cue on a plane now,
but has anyone run into any other restrictions.
Obviously one cannot carry the still banned stuff
but how about two or three shafts, or an extra butt?

I carry an extension in my case as well which is
kept at the top of the case by a twelve inch
piece of 2 1/4" dowel in the bottom.

Anybody had any experiences, good or bad, with
the TSA in regards to cues and cases and the
rest of the crap we have in them.

TSA are worse than the worst

Was treated so badly coming from the 2012,SBE, I haven't been on a plane or in an airport since. These guys are nothing but a wanna be cop that couldn't pass the police mental screenings, not to mention they constantly are stealing out of suitcases !
