Case and cue I.D. Help

Hello, this is sitting at a church rummage sale. I was just wondering if it is anything. Case is leather. Looks Japanese? Sorry about the pics. Hope somebody knows. Thank you in advance

Sorry I don't know what the cue is, but I'd buy that case in a second.

For sure the case is nice which suggests the cue is no junk. Can you remove the bumper? Maybe early Viking? It almost looks like a nylon insert in the shaft which was used by heubler.
 
Huebler or Early Meucci.

The case has been discussed here in the past.

They may have been imports sold by Rich co., but don’t quote me on that.

You’ll have do a search “old” or “vintage case and do some digging.
