Earlier this year I had the opportunity to get a CEM(Germany) to make into low deflection shaft for my mezz exceed. I have now played with it around 3 months and I have to say I love the shaft. I have played with predator shafts, OB shafts, lucasi zero flex, mezz shafts, and a bunch more, but I really like this CEM low deflection shaft. It really shoots like a standard maple shaft with low deflection properties. Deflects a little more than a predator Z shaft, but still very good in my opinion. I ended up getting 12.4 mm shafts and that was the lowest he was comfortable going and coming from playing with a Z shaft that was 11.75 mm and a mezz Wx900 that is 12 mm I didn't think I would like it, but I was wrong. It did not take me long to get used to the shaft and I have not played better pool in my life. Went from averaging a table run a month to 2-3 table runs a week. Big difference to me. These shafts truly are amazing and I hope everyone gets to try one out someday. It will change your game for the better.
