Change Unilock Shaft to 5/16 14 Joint

Hello,

I am looking for a cuemaker to change the joint on my favourite unilock shaft to fit my Black Boar cue which is 5/16x14. My cuemaker tells me that this is not possible.

Has anyone tried this before, or knows a cuemaker who can do it?

One way to do it would be put a phenolic insert and rebore it. second may be changing the pilot but i am not at all sure about second choice.

But the first on is surely possible,

I agree with the above suggestions. Ryan and KJ are authorized by Predator for repairs. So if the shaft logo has to be replaced because it has to be removed to match joint diameters, they can do it
