I know...I know... I was sure this was going to be my last cue for a while, but that never happens. some of my shafts got wet at the state tournament (not these ones) so I bought a bob frey SP while waiting for them to dry out. turns out...I like the way the frey plays and prefer that cue over this, not that there is anything wrong with it. I'm willing to let go of my latest custom made DZ cue with the 1 original shaft (only the tip got wet and had to replace it) for $550 or I'll do $650 w/ 2 shafts with triumph tips. this cue is marked 05' as it was bought somewhere around november or LATE october. I'll consider trades also, but would rather have the cash. it's a shame to let it go because it really is a pretty cue, but I can't bring myself to own something and not use it...so I guess it's time to make room for something I'll use more often than once a month. a brief description for those who don't know: s/s joint, nice curly maple forearm w/ 4 ebony points w/ yellow, red, black veneers,a "bushka" trim ring between forearm and wrap, black LEATHER wrap, ebony buttsleeve w/ white hoppe ring and small black buttcap. no inlays. I'll try to post pics later.
