Character in the pool industry

You know, every once in a great while I am surprised. For years I"ve been disappointed time after time about the character in the pool world (in general) But then along comes a guy like Jim aka MC2 with character and the willingness to help someone they don't even know. Unreal......

Most of you will undoubtedly recognize some of the 'players'.
