The Orlando Open will be scheduled from August 3-7 at the Coronado Springs Resort in Walt Disney World. In conjunction with this event, we will be holding charity fundraisers throughout the event. Monies raised will go to benefit Vivain's Kidz and The Chris "Cass" Aiardo Memorial Fund. Vivian's Kidz is a charity started by WPBA Player Vivain Villareal. This charity raises money for Missing and Exploited Children. Many of us got to know Chris "Cass" through the message boards. Chris recently passed away after a long courageous battle with cancer. The money raised in Chris's name will go directly to Heide, Chris' widow.
We will be holding a silent auction, and I would like to take this opportunity to ask the people that participate on this board to help out. We are looking for more item donations to place in our silent auction. If you would like to help out in any way, or if you have items that you can donate, give me a call at (386)208-0011. Donating to either of these funds is one way that everybody can be part of this event even if you are unable to attend.
