This guy is one heck of a player. He strikes the cueball real solid, and he's got a real nice soft touch too. Right now he leads Steve Davis 6-3. Anyone else watching?

I am watching. Davis is struggling and needs a few breaks.
 
Seems that Che Wei Fu has trouble closing out a match. He was ahead 9-6, and had like four opportunities to win, and handed them right back to Steve. Fu kept getting out of line or hooking himself. Just now, Steve missed a fairly easy 9-ball, and he left Fu a testy cut. Fu didn't take his time and shot it opposite handed, and missed it, handing the shot right back to Steve. I think Fu is really feeling the heat and it seems like Steve just might come back and win the match.
 
Rough day for steve. Fu really opened some doors for him in the end and Steve couldn't walk through them. He still looks awkward playing pool.

On the plus side, Fu looks to be a very good player and can be a force with some more experience on his belt.
