I got mine yesterday as well.
Here's my bit of feedback regarding shipping multiple cues in one tube though. The jump cue has that little thing on the end of the butt, no idea what it's called. That part needs to be oriented towards the end of the shaft and not in the middle, and probably should be wrapped with something. My break/jump shaft and one of the jump shafts have several little bumps in them, most likely due to that part of the jump cue butt knocking into them during shipping. They can probably be fixed with a dent buffer and it's not really a big deal. However, if that type of jump cue was shipped with a $$$ player cue and did that I would be pretty upset about it.

Got mine yesterday
I have never had a break cue, and always go a little easy on my breaks so I don't destroy my playing tips, but this thing was very fun last night. I was crushing the rack and the 8 ball was flying around the table. The other guys on my league team definitely wanted to give it a shot.

I apologize for delays and lack of communication. Any critiscm of me in that regard is fair, I've been completely unavailable. I've had a surgery that hasn't gone all that well, but none of that is your problem.
I have gone through my phone messages, returned calls and resolved any issues brought to my attention. While critiscm of my timeliness and communications is warranted, I do take my integrity pretty seriously. Noone who purchased from me will get a raw deal. If there is a problem, by all means call me.
Once again, I apologize. If you haven't received your cue(s), you were probably in the last batch and it shouldn't take long, everything was shipped priority.

J/B and Jump cues
I posted on the forum, but I didn't think it was so much a criticism as hoping you would see the post and PM me concerning my order?!
I originally requested 1 J/B and 1 Jump...then asked if I could also get a second J/B....but got no response, total cost or PayPal address ( I live in Canada)
I do hope you set my order aside...I have been wanting a J/B and/or Jump for some time now.

If anyone recieved the wrong shaft and wants to make a trade for the correct one pm me. I have a j/b butt with wrong shaft. I think it goes to a jump cue. Ben made it right with me, but would like to trade with the other guy that has wrong shaft

I ordered at the beginning a J/B and a jump cue. While the J/B is exactly as described and match the picture, the butt of the jump cue is completely different. As I see the offer was for a jump cue with a butterfly type butt as shown in the picture provided in the first post. But the butt that I received is one that is plane with a rubber bump at the end.
I though I was buying the one with the butterfly type butt, since that was what was advertised and shown in the picture, and not the one I received (i never saw a picture showing this type of cue).
I really do not like the jump cue I received since I was expecting to receive a jump cue with the bottom portion rounded and thicker (as shown in the picture) which I'm more comfortable shooting with.

I think I should receive what we agreed on. If you think this was a misunderstanding on my part, then I would like to send this back to you and get a refund. But if you have the cue you advertised, then you can exchange that for this one.

Rafa1825...Consider yourself lucky...at least you got them...I was offered the secondary jump since he ran out of the butterfly style...but I haven't heard from him in quite a while and I am assuming that he is pulling out of our deal.

He said that he is having health issues, I hope he recovers quick, and that is more important for him right now than this. I hope that he gets well soon and hopefully will get resolve all this.

Well it has been quite a while since I last PM's Erbilliards regarding my purchase of a couple of J/B cues as advertized. I was one of the first...I would say 5 to respond. While everyone was expressing concern over the confusion and delayed shipping....most got their orders. I posted a couple of times on this thread and the OP asked that I send a PM to clarify things as he had some remaining. This must have been 2 days after the above post and still no response...
I can understand that you are having health issues...and I feel that I have given ample time to respond...even taking your health into consideration. At this point I am tired of waiting...I also assume that nothing will come of this and I can kiss my order goodbye. This is just to post a warning to anyone else that may consider dealing with this AZ'er in the future...
